I’ve been working with skier dads since 2017 to build functional strength and stamina for blower pow days, big adventure weekends, and full-throttle ski trips…Without the back pain that flares up halfway through the day, the dreaded afternoon crash, or that feeling of knowing your body is holding your kids back instead of pushing them forward.
So far, the results have been amazing. I’m seeing my athletes go from hanging up their skis after lunch on a powder day to keeping up with their kids all day and waiting for their friends at the bottom of the chair lift.

We’ll work closely together for the next 12 weeks to help you gain functional strength and stamina, master mobility for unrestricted movement, and develop a sustainable nutrition plan to lose unwanted body fat. A coaching program that actually transfers to the mountain.

Most programs aren’t built for dads who want to ski, hike, bike and adventure in the mountains. They aren’t crafted to get you out of the gym and all-mountain ready in just a few hours per week. This simple, science-based approach is unique in that it’s specifically built to keep you performing your best on the mountain without feeling like a kicked in trash can at the end of a big day.
