I’ve been working with skier dads since 2017 to build functional strength and stamina for blower pow days, big adventure weekends, and full-throttle ski trips…Without the back pain that flares up halfway through the day, the dreaded afternoon crash, or that feeling of knowing your body is holding your kids back instead of pushing them forward.

So far, the results have been amazing. I’m seeing my athletes go from hanging up their skis after lunch on a powder day to keeping up with their kids all day and waiting for their friends at the bottom of the chair lift.

  5. Weekly Office Hours – Small group coaching calls for live support, accountability, and personalized feedback.
  6. The Classroom – Tips, tricks, and deep dives on training, nutrition, and recovery that meet you where you are—so you can learn the why behind what we do, and eventually know how to train confidently without needing a coach forever.
  7. Summit Training Team Access – Our private community of high-performing skier dads who train hard, push each other, and share wins.

Most programs aren’t built for dads who want to ski, hike, bike and adventure in the mountains. They aren’t crafted to get you out of the gym and all-mountain ready in just a few hours per week.
