The All-Mountain Athlete Project is a year-round, pain-free performance accelerator program, but in the first 12 weeks, we’ll install the 3 Summit System.

We’ll build your Base Camp and develop the 3 pillars of success.

  1. The Summit Performance Engine - Fix your achy joints, build functional strength, and supercharge your stamina while losing excess body fat so you can crush your favorite mountain sports year-round. Most training programs aren’t built for people who want to live in the mountains. They aren’t crafted to get you out of the gym and keep you all-mountain ready in under an hour just 2-3 days per week. This science-based approach is unique in that it’s specifically built to keep you feeling your best on the mountain without feeling like a kicked-in trash can at the end of a big day.
  2. The Summit Fueling Protocol - If you want a pain-free body with lean muscle that performs all day on the mountain, you must fuel accordingly. Nutrition can be confusing and controversial, but we will make nutrition as simple and flexible as possible. Using this customized protocol, you’ll clearly understand how to eat to maximize your all-mountain performance and lose fat while still enjoying all of your favorite foods and loving life.
  3. The Summit Mobility Method - Strong joints and full body endurance for long days in the mountains are just part of the equation—maintaining mobility to move without restriction is key. The Summit Mobility Method ensures that you stay mobile and pain-free.

Here’s how you and I will work together to make this happen:

The System: Daily workouts and coaching delivered directly to your phone. Seeing results will be as easy as following a GPS in your car. First, we’ll flatten the learning curve, build a rock-solid foundation, and then hit the gas pedal to compound progress.

The Support: You and I can meet in a small group call during office hours, which are hosted twice weekly to accommodate your busy schedule. You’ll get my help with anything you’re working on, including troubleshooting aches and pains, discussing your weekly nutrition plan, and finding ways to balance your busy schedule.

The Resources: Not only will you and I work together to turn you into the ultimate All-Mountain Athlete with simple and effective workouts, but you’ll also get access to recipes, meal plans, protocols, and examples that you can use right away.

You’ll also join the Summit Training Team for accountability check-ins, sharing wins, asking for help, and connecting with other All-Mountain Athletes.
